These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Prime Star Solutions LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
We provide web design & development, SEO & analytics, e-commerce, graphic design, social media marketing, and virtual assistant services as described in individual service agreements or statements of work.
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, and bank transfer. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables as specified in the service agreement. We retain ownership of pre-existing materials, templates, and tools used in creating deliverables.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Star Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Michigan.
